Did you see the viral TikTok creamy lemonade that was all the rage a few seasons ago? We took that idea, but made it frozen, spiked it, and instead of lemonade - we made cherry limeade instead!
It's truly a delight - and the addition of Empress 1908 gin is a real treat for gin lovers! This drink is perfect for sipping during warmer weather. It's refreshing and sweet, but not too sweet, creamy, and a true summertime favorite!

🍒Ingredients
Here are the ingredients we used for this recipe. You can find more information for substitutions below.
- Limes. We use one whole lime and fresh lime juice to give this drink a really refreshing flavor! The lime juice needs to be fresh - trust us on this!
- Frozen cherries. Frozen are a must here, this will help keep the drink cold! If you have to use fresh cherries, you'll need to add more ice. Also - make sure no cherry pits end up in the blender!
- Sweetened condensed milk. Not evaporated milk - they are not the same! Place a can in the fridge for a few hours before mixing this drink up so it can get nice and cold!
- Gin. Use your favorite gin. We love Empress 1908 Gin, it's truly our favorite and makes an appearance in all of our gin drinks on the site. That's because it's a premium gin, and not only is it beautiful, but it tastes amazing.

✨Substitutions & Variations
Here are a few suggestions on additional flavors to try, or simple variations to this recipe.
- Dairy-free/vegan. Feel free to use coconut sweetened condensed milk instead of regular to make this drink dairy-free or vegan!
- Add more fruit. You can add berries in addition to the cherries. Strawberries and raspberries in particular would taste wonderful with this!
- Swap the liquor. This drink would work well with virtually any spirit of your choosing, including vodka, bourbon, rum, and tequila!
- Alcohol free. If you want to make it a mocktail, just omit the gin. You may need to add a splash of water or juice (we'd recommend using cherry juice) to help the mixture blend properly. You can also use a non-alcoholic gin as a 1:1 substitute.

- Chill the gin and sweetened condensed milk well before mixing this drink up.
- Wash and quarter one lime.
- Squeeze one cup of fresh lime juice.
- Measure out the remaining ingredients.

This drink is best enjoyed fresh, and we don't recommend storing leftovers. However, you can place leftovers in the freezer until you'd like to enjoy them again. Please note that the texture will change after being re-frozen.

- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 medium lime quartered
- ⅓ - ½ cup gin to taste!
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (1 can is 14 ounces)
- 16 ounces frozen sweet cherries
- 4 cups ice
Instructions
- Add the lime juice and a whole lime to the bottom of a high-speed blender.1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 medium lime
- Add the gin, along with the sweetened condensed milk.⅓ - ½ cup gin, 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- Pour in the frozen cherries, followed by the ice, and blend until smooth and creamy.16 ounces frozen sweet cherries, 4 cups ice
