🍑Ingredients
Here are the ingredients we used for this recipe. You can find more information for substitutions below.
- Peaches. Fresh, ripe peaches would taste amazing in this recipe if they are in season, but we opted to use frozen anyway to keep this recipe accessible year-round.
- Milk. We'd recommend using whole milk for creaminess. If you're using fresh peaches and they're super juicy, milk may not even be needed!
- Whipped cream. Technically optional. You can make your own, or just use store-bought.

✨Substitutions & Variations
Here are a few suggestions on additional flavors to try, or simple variations to this recipe.
- Use fresh peaches. Make sure they're ripe and sweet, and you may want to take the time to peel them if you prefer not to have small pieces of peach skins blended up in the mix. You may also want to reduce the amount of milk you add since fresh peaches are going to have more liquid than frozen ones.
- Sweeter. If you're looking for a very sweet treat, then feel free to add some sweetener to the mix! You could add a little sugar, honey, or maple syrup. You could also try increasing the sweetness and the peach flavor by adding peach preserves, or even canned peaches.
- Creamier. Feel free to use half-and-half or heavy cream instead of milk in this recipe for an even more decadent, creamy taste.
- Cinnamon flavored. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the blender for some extra flavor! Cinnamon complements peaches so well.
- Add caramel. Caramel is another flavor that pairs wonderfully with peaches. Try adding some of our homemade salted caramel sauce to the blender, and to serve this milkshake!
- Dairy-free. Simply use your favorite milk substitute and your favorite dairy-free vanilla ice cream to make this recipe dairy-free.

Top with whipped cream, and a peach wedge if desired to garnish. Enjoy!
✨Top Tips
- Add the frozen ingredients last. This just helps the blender have an easier time blending.
- Sweeten to taste. Feel free to add more peaches, or a little added ice cream or sweetener, to taste!
- If using fresh peaches, you may not need much added liquid at all! It all depends on how juicy your fresh peaches are!
- Add in milk as needed. If you prefer a thicker shake, add less milk. If you like a thinner shake, add more! Always start with less liquid, and add more as needed to thin it.
