We created this recipe as a part of a recipe contest hosted by Steviva Brands Sweeteners, using KetoseSweet+ Powder. Steviva creates all natural, sugar free sweeteners made of high quality ingredients that won’t affect your blood sugar! It’s so great that there incredible quality sweeteners out there that help us stick to our goals while simultaneously allowing us to create tasty treats. Thank you to Steviva for providing us with the sweeteners used to create this recipe!

*You may notice on the package it says 4 grams of sugar per serving. This is because allulose (a very rare natural sugar found in figs and other fruits) currently must be listed as a sugar on packaging. It is not digested by the body, therefore adds very few calories and does not affect blood sugar.

Here's How To Make Low Carb Candied Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies:

If you’re making your candied pecans, do that first so they can dry. Here’s our low carb candied pecan recipe! They are ready in under 10 minutes on the stovetop. At this time you will also want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together your sifted almond flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and binding ingredient.
In a large bowl, add melted butter, your KetoseSweet+ Powder and vanilla extract. Cream together with a hand mixer until very smooth.
Next, warm you cream cheese up for a moment in the microwave, then add it to the mixture. Cream together with your hand mixer until the batter looks sort of like icing. There should be little to no lumps.
Now, add in your egg. Then beat with the hand mixer on low speed just until combined.
Now, combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until the dough is sticky with few lumps.
Add in your candied pecans and chocolate chips. Mix.
Roll into balls, and place on parchment paper.
This batch makes 18 small cookies. If you wish to make them bigger, feel free, but they spread out more and you will need to recalculate the macros.
Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Now, just serve and enjoy!
