We don't recommend storing this for more than a couple of hours in the fridge, as the alcohol and cream could seperate. This drink is best enjoyed immediately., and we don't recommend making it in advance.

Can this drink be made nonalcoholic or caffeine-free?

Yes! Just replace the Baileys with a nonalcoholic Irish cream and the whiskey with a nonalcoholic whiskey.

To make it caffeine free, be sure to use decaf coffee.
