Enjoy the rich and warming flavor of Baileys Irish Coffee. Perfect for cold nights in front of the fire, this great drink is a combination of freshly brewed coffee, Baileys Irish cream, and Irish whiskey. It's one of the best ways to enjoy the holidays, cool weather, or St. Patrick's Day!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces coffee, freshly brewed
  • 1 ounce Irish whiskey
  • 1.5 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  • Brew your coffee according to the package directions or your favorite brewing method.
  • Add 1 ounce of Irish whiskey, 4 ounces of freshly brewed coffee, and 1 ½ ounces of Bailey's Irish cream to a glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
  • We recommend enjoying this drink right away and not making it in advance. It can be stored for up to 2 hours in the refrigerator, but after awhile, it may begin to separate.

Notes

  • Use freshly brewed coffee. Freshly brewed coffee is a great way to keep your drink warm and preserve the flavor for as long as possible..
  • Warm the glass. Warm the glass by rinsing it with hot water to keep the drink warmer longer.
  • Use high quality Irish whiskey. Choosing a great whiskey to compliment the Bailey's will make this drink all the more delicious!
  • Serve immediately.
