    This easy Limoncello Spritz Cocktail is a tasty drink with a bright and refreshing taste! Prosecco, club soda, and limoncello liqueur come together for a refreshing summer cocktail that will cool you down in the warmer months.

    • Limoncello - Use a high quality brand or a homemade limoncello to ensure the best flavor. Limoncello be found at most liquor stores.
    • Prosecco - You can buy a whole bottle of Prosecco (750 ml) if you plan to make a large batch of cocktails, or use a smaller bottle (350 ml) like we did for just a few servings!
    • Club Soda
    • Lemon slices
    • Ice cubes

    Here are a few suggestions on additional flavors to try, or simple variations to this recipe.

    • Prosecco - Swap out the prosecco with sparkling wine or champagne to suit your preferences and what you have on hand.
    • Club soda - Swap out club soda with flavored sparkling water for a refreshing twist. limoncello La Croix is a perfect swap.
    • Mint - Swap the mint for other herbs, like rosemary or basil.
    • Ice cubes - Swap ice cubes with frozen fruit, like strawberries and raspberries, for a fruity variation, while keeping the drink nice and cold.
    • Sweeter - For a sweeter taste, feel free to add a touch of simple syrup or honey.
    • More lemon - For the lemon lovers, add lemon zest or lemon juice to the cocktail. You can also use lemon peels as a garnish!
    • Boozier - You can always add more limoncello
    • Classic Aperol spritz - Substitute the limoncello and slice of lemon for Aperol and orange slices!

    • Chill your ingredients. For the most refreshing drink possible, chill all of your liquids before combining.
    • Stir gently. Overmixing the cocktail can result in the drink becoming flat, so use a cocktail stirrer or straw to gently stir the drink.

    Ingredients

    • 2 ounces Limoncello
    • 3 ounces Prosecco
    • 2 ounces club soda
    • ice for the glass
    • lemon rounds (for garnish)
    • mint sprig (for garnish)

    Instructions

    • Chill the limoncello, prosecco, and the club soda. Slice your lemons into rounds.
    • In a wine glass, arrange a few lemon slices and ice. Add 2 ounces of Limoncello, 3 ounces of Prosecco, and top with 2 ounces of club soda.
    • Garnish the cocktail with fresh mint and give a quick stir. Enjoy!
