As some of you know, I’ve recently been trying to get back in shape, and eat better. I’ve had a bit too much fun with all of the exciting foodie events going on. (I guess it goes with the territory, being a food blogger and all.)
Before I started getting back to my old good habits, I was worried. I kept asking myself things like: “Am I going to be eating super boring food like chicken and rice?” “ How long is it going to take to cook all of this stuff?” “Am I going to be able to keep up with my healthier, and balanced lifestyle when I’m pressed for time?” “Am I going to feel tired from ‘dieting?’”
To my surprise (and my delight), I’ve been feeling awesome. I’ve had a ton of more energy. Secondly, I’ve found that eating a boring diet is not a requirement of eating better. I’ve been making super delicious and nutritious meals for the past couple of weeks. Third, it doesn’t take that long to cook nutritious and delicious meals.
With the help of Brummel & Brown’s Organic Buttery Spread made with real yogurt, I can feel better when I am cooking my daily meals. It spreads easily (even right out of the fridge), tastes great and has a very creamy texture. I’ve been using it while cooking and to top my toast and sweet potatoes and it has a great buttery taste! We wanted to show you how we have been using our Brummel & Brown Organic Buttery Spread in our daily life. Here’s what you might find for breakfast in our house!
