Ingredients:
- Brussels sprouts
- Olive oil
- Creamy goat cheese
- Cranberry sauce of choice, here's our recipe
- Bacon
- pink Himalayan salt and black pepper, to taste
Here's How To Make a Sweet Brussel Sprouts With Bacon:
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Rinse your Brussels sprouts with water, then cut the ends off and discard any browned bits. Slice your Brussels sprouts in halves or quarters (depending on size). Save all the loose pieces that fall off, those will get super crispy in the skillet.
Place your Brussels sprouts in your cast iron skillet. Drizzle them with olive oil, and season liberally with salt and pepper. Then, crumble your goat cheese over the top of the sprouts.
Take a spoon and spoon on cranberry sauce in small dollops over the top of your Brussel sprouts and goat cheese.
Slice your bacon strips into pieces, then gently lay them over the top of everything.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, until everything is crispy enough to your liking!

- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup cranberry sauce of choice
- 4 oz goat cheese
- ½ package bacon
