Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail – Low Carb Cocktail
This Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail is the sugar free and low carb cocktail of your dreams! Combine our low carb apple cider with our homemade keto grenadine, apple cider vinegar, apple cinnamon infused whiskey, lemon juice, and top with ginger beer. Add a little edible glitter for a fancy feel.
Servings: 2 servings
- 4 ounces homemade low carb apple cider or to taste
- 2 ounces sugar free keto grenadine or to taste
- 2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 4 ounces homemade apple cinnamon infused bourbon whiskey could use regular bourbon instead
- 1/2 teaspoon edible glitter optional but beautiful!
- 1 can diet ginger beer to top drinks
- apple slices for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add lemon juice, your low carb apple cider, keto grenadine, apple cider vinegar, your infused apple cinnamon bourbon whiskey, and your edible gold glitter.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then strain into a glass. Top with ginger beer. Stir with a bar spoon for the best gold glitter swirling effect. Enjoy!
Please note, that our low carb homemade apple cider and homemade sugar free keto grenadine were used for this recipe, and that's what we included in our macros.
You can include less keto grenadine and low carb apple cider to lower the carb count. This cocktail is a bit on the sweeter side, so if you prefer less sweet, use less, and decrease the carb count while you're at it!
Feel free to use regular bourbon instead of infused bourbon for this recipe!
