Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Add marinara to a baking dish. Tear some basil, and then add in optional red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
1.5 cups marinara sauce, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, handful of basil
Top with goat cheese, and parmesan cheese. Pat down the cheese gently to create a flat surface. Top with pepperoni!
10 ounces creamy goat cheese, 2-3 ounces freshly grated parmesan cheese, 3-4 ounces pepperoni
Bake for 25 minutes, then finish under the broiler for about 5 minutes, or until the pepperoni starts to crisp up.
3-4 tablespoons hot honey
Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey and olive oil. Garnish with more red pepper flakes, more basil, fresh parmesan, and salt if desired. Enjoy with bread or crostini.
1 tablespoon olive oil, kosher salt
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Reheat in the microwave, air fryer, or in the oven. We don't recommend freezing this dip.
