  • 1 medium avocado
  • 9 ounces sour cream
  • 3 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 whole lime (juice of)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt (or to taste)
  1. Add your avocado, sour cream, garlic and cilantro to the food processor. It would help to rough chop your cilantro and garlic a little too.

  2. Add your oil, lime juice and a pinch of salt.

  3. Pulse for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until everything is incorporated. Scrape the sides, adjust seasonings to your preference, and pulse for another 30 seconds or so.

  4. Enjoy! This should keep for about 5-7 days in the fridge. You can squeeze extra lime juice over the top to slow the avocados from browning.
