Cilantro & Avocado Lime Crema

  • Add your avocado, sour cream, garlic and cilantro to the food processor. It would help to rough chop your cilantro and garlic a little too.
  • Add your oil, lime juice and a pinch of salt. 
  • Pulse for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until everything is incorporated. Scrape the sides, adjust seasonings to your preference, and pulse for another 30 seconds or so. Enjoy your Cilantro and Avocado Lime Crema!

Notes

This should keep for about 5-7 days in the fridge. You can squeeze extra lime juice over the top to slow the avocados from browning.
