- 12 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate about 1 can, partially thawed
- 1 ¾ cup milk whole or 2%
- 1 ¾ cup water
- ½ - ¾ cup sugar to taste
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups ice cubes

Add water, milk, vanilla extract, the frozen orange juice concentrate, and sugar to a blender.
