  • 4 ounces prosciutto (about 1 package)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add prosciutto slices to the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving spaces between the slices. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  • Transfer to a wire cooling rack for an additional 10-15 minutes and allow the prosciutto to become more crispy.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Leave space on the baking sheet between the prosciutto slices to ensure they get crispy. 
  • Allow prosciutto to cool completely for maximum crispiness.
  • Watch the prosciutto carefully so that it doesn't burn.
