This Low Carb Pomegranate and Ginger Gin Bennett is a fun spin on the classic Gin Bennett. This low carb cocktail will delight all of your most palates with it’s gorgeous colors and bright flavor. No one will even notice that this cocktail is sugar free. This keto friendly cocktail is flavorful and strong, made with gin, Angostura bitters, pomegranate juice, fresh lime juice and topped with diet ginger beer. Mix these up and delight your taste buds!
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp fresh lime juice). Add in a few dashes of bitters.
Add in your gin and sugar free grenadine.
Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, and then strain into ice filled rocks glasses, top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
