Kentucky Mule

This refreshing Kentucky mule drink is the perfect spin on the classic Moscow mule. Refreshing and easy to make, mix some up for happy hour or a Kentucky Derby party.

  • 1.5 ounces bourbon whiskey
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • Ice for mug
  • Top with ginger beer (we used diet ginger beer)
  • Lime slices and mint for garnish


  • Add ice to a copper mug. Pour in lime juice, and bourbon. Then top with ginger beer, then stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a sprig of mint and some lime slices. Enjoy!
