- 1 ounce raspberry simple syrup
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 10 whole mint leaves (leaves only, no sprigs)
- 5 whole raspberries
- 2 ounces rum
- 4 ounces soda water
- Ice
- Top with sparkling water or soda water of choice, garnish with raspberries and mint
In a tall glass, add mint leaves, raspberries, lime juice, and raspberry simple syrup. Muddle for about 10 - 20 seconds. Be careful not to bruise to mint leaves.
Add ice, rum, and soda water. Stir with a barspoon or with the back of a spoon.
Garnish with lime, raspberries, and mint, and enjoy! This drink is best served immediately and we don't recommend storing leftovers.
