This Low Carb Raspberry and Pomegranate Cocktail is the perfect amount of sweet (without the sugar) and refreshing. Only 5 net carbs per serving!
Place your cocktail glasses in the freezer about 15 minutes before you get started. This will keep the glasses nice and cold! Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
Add in your sugar free simple syrup.
Add in your raspberries. You could muddle them, but we find it’s fine not to, as they raspberries will break up when you shake it all up.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the cocktail shaker.
Add in your pomegranate juice.
Add in your tequila.
Add the rum.
Shake everything up and pour the juice into your chilled glass!
Top with sparkling water.
