These Bacon Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese and Cranberry Sauce are seriously addicting. Sweet, salty, creamy and rich, they will be the star of your holiday party. They are ready in under an hour!

  • 1 package bacon
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 20 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce of choice
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Add parchment paper to a baking sheet. Make sure your baking sheet has raised edges so the bacon grease doesn’t get everywhere. Slice your dates in half lengthwise. Once they are all cut open and pits are removed (if need be) use a spoon to stuff them with goat cheese and cranberry sauce. 

  2. Cut your bacon in half lengthwise. 

  3. Place the stuffed date at one end of the bacon strip. Roll it up and secure it with a toothpick.

  4. Bake in the oven until browned, about 15- 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
