Base ingredients:
- 48 grams rolled oats (½ cup)
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ tablespoon hemp hearts
- ½ medium banana, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- ½ - 1 tablespoon maple syrup (to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- 4 ounces whole milk (or milk of choice)
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
Topping ideas:
- berries
- banana
- hemp hearts
- chocolate pieces
- peanut butter
- chocolate shavings
Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a jar or container and stir with a spoon to mix until combined. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight to thicken.
