Easy Lavender Martini Recipe

This lavender martini is a great cocktail made sugar free and keto friendly. We start with a sugar free homemade lavender syrup made with allulose, a sugar free sweetener. We add dried lavender flowers and some butterfly pea flowers for color. This delicious and lightly floral cocktail is perfectly sweet and refreshing, made with fresh squeezed lemon juice.

  • Prepare your lavender simple syrup first, and allow it to cool completely before adding it to your cocktail.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add in fresh lemon juice, your sugar free lavender simple syrup, and vodka. Shake for 30 seconds, until the shaker is ice cold. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon.
