Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by thawing, peeling, and deveining the shrimp if necessary. We purchased our shrimp ready to go, so we were able to skip this step. Start by preheating your griddle or skillet. This whole process goes really fast, and we want the griddle to be nice and hot so we get some great grill marks on the shrimp!
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine your shrimp, avocado oil, lime juice, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Use a rubber spatula to mix together well.
  • Now, skewer the shrimp. We recommend about four shrimp per six inch skewer to ensure an even cook. These go really fast. You really only need about 2 minutes per side until the shrimp are cooked thru and have some nice grill marks.
  • Now, dig in. We served it with our homemade avocado lime crema, more limes, cilantro and wrapped it all up in an egg white wrap by EggLife foods.
