Ingredients: - Butter & olive oil - Fresh herbs & dry seasonings - Shrimp  -Dry white wine -Seafood Stock -Celery, garlic & onions -Cream  - Parmesan -Worchestershire  -Tomato paste

Start by cooking your onions and celery with fresh herbs until softened. Add in garlic, cook til fragrant.

Add in the tomato paste and dry spices. Cook until tomato paste deepens in color, about 2 minutes.

Add in wine and Worcestershire sauce, cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in the seafood stock. Warm the stock mixture for about 3 minutes.

Puree the stock and vegetable mixture, then add in cream and parmesan cheese to warm.

Add in shrimp and bay leaves and cook until shrimp is cooked through.

Cook a few shrimp separately to top the bowls if desired. Garnish with fresh herbs.
