Here's How To MakeRoasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic Vinegar:

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cut the ends off of your brussel sprouts, then cut them in half. Place all halves and the layers that fall off into a bowl. They will get nice and crispy when baking them!
Add the bacon bits to the bowl.
Next, coat with olive oil and half of the balsamic vinegar and then add some salt and pepper. We reserve 1 tbsp to drizzle on the sprouts at the end.
Add your sprouts to a baking dish. We used a cast iron skillet because it’s amazing and so versatile! Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
When they come out of the oven, give them a taste. You may need to adjust the salt and pepper. Then we drizzle the sprouts with the remaining balsamic vinegar and stir around.
That’s it! Now, just serve and enjoy!
