So, in short, you’re trying a potentially inauthentic, American version – BUT, we are quite confident that you will love it anyway! We always like to make a note when we don’t come up with the concept of recipe ourselves. If you guys grew up eating something like this, let us know in the comments! Cilantro: If you don’t have cilantro, or don’t like it, first of all, we are sad for you, but we get it. This crema will be still be delicious without it.
Food Processor: We love to use our food processor for a ton of recipes, and this is a perfect application. Use a blender if you don’t have one to get a super creamy consistency that makes this side irresistible!

Serve as a condiment to many dishes, like this Chipotle Lime Shrimp recipe, these Taco Stuffed Peppers, or these Pressure Cooker Pork Carnitas. You could also enjoy with a salad, as a dipping sauce for vegetables, alongside your eggs, tacos, nachos and much more!
