We often stock up on our keto groceries at Costco, so we’re no strangers to stocking up and then getting creative, while still eating well! 😉 Buying in bulk helps us save money, and helps us stay at home a little easier, which is pretty crucial right now.

We’d like to make note that we really enjoy playing around with different ingredients, so many of these recipes don’t follow a strict “keto” diet. For us, flavor comes first, so we often add small amounts of fruits and things for mouth feel and unbeatable taste. These elements often provide a little bit of natural sweetness, without sacrificing the macros too much. Overall we follow a more “low carb” diet, with many of our recipes also being gluten free.
Aside from minimizing sugar and carbs in a somewhat relaxed way, we don’t have any dietary restrictions, and we often lean towards comfort food. We hope these dishes bring joy to you, and your dinner tables.
